Edvard Munch’s iconic work ‘The Scream’ is one of the most instantly recognizable images in both art history and popular culture.

Prior to the recent Sotheby’s auction in which the painting sold for $120 million dollars, a voice over job was posted on Voice123 for the Impressionist and Modern Art Evening Sale in New York on May 2nd, 2012.

Why would Sotheby’s think to use Voice123? Taking a quote from the job posting…

  • “We are creating short film(s) around the offering of The Scream this coming May at Sotheby’s, which in itself is a historical moment. These will be on the iPad app and online.”

Great news is that they hired a Voice123 voice talent to do the voice over work for the job mentioned. Congrats to Adam Behr, Voice123 talent. Please see his work below on the Sotheby’s promo!

Adam shared this great news of booking the voice job on our Voice123 Facebook page.
